LDPE Printed Packing is an affordable option. In terms of Quantity, Quality, Price.

The Process will be mostly the same. It differentiates due to, it includes Rubber Stereo. Rubber die making is a very cheap process.

Let me go through a simple process, how we make a new bag as per your design.

1. Make a Stereo from Corel draw design file (CDR file) of your packing. Stereo will be less costly than the Cylinder. Here, Stereo costing increase by adding colors.
2. Here, FLEXO Machine uses to perform the printing operation. FLEXO Machine Use Stereo for printing. This stereo is the same as the cylinder of polyester packing.
3. Now, FLEXO Machine uses Stereo as printing die.
4. Minimum Order Quantity: At least 50000 Bags for 1kg and 100000 Bags for 500g. There is a benefit due to low quantity requirement.

Advantage :

1. Higher-strength
2. Bulk quantity doesn’t require by the manufacturer. As compare to polyester bag, low quantity requirement is a beneficial point.
3. Stereo making is very cheap which decrease the overall costing of packing,
4. Less time consuming as compared to others.

Disadvantage :

1. Printing accuracy is lower than Polyester Printed Bags.
2. More than 3 color printing is not possible.
